Do you allow non-resident pool memberships?

No, we are generally at capacity through the season with just residents and their guests. See Pool Rules for more info.

Is There WiFi At The Pool?

Yes, there is free WIFI at the pool. Login information is case sensitive: SSID: WHHOA Pool HotSpot Password: pool3595 WPA / WPA2: mixed mode

How do I get a current Member Directory? 

Members can follow these instructions to get the current membership information.

Can I place an advertisement for my business on the website? 

We do not have an area on the website for local advertising nor do we have an official Facebook page for the neighborhood. However, a large number of the neighborhood residents have joined the Nextdoor app/platform which has means for advertising to nearby neighborhoods. We can provide an invite to it if needed.

How do I report an HOA violation or problem in the community? 

You can contact the management company using the name and address on the Contacts page of this web site, or you can send a violation report via email using the online HOA Violation/Problem Report Form.

How Do I Fix My Mailbox?

Is Overnight Parking Allowed At The Clubhouse? 

No, recently "No Overnight Parking" signs were placed in several locations. Vehicles may be towed and the vehicle owner will have to pay the fine to reclaim the vehicleThe HOA is not responsible for any damage to vehicles parked in the lot. All vehicles are to be removed by 11pm Sunday through Thursday nights and 12am(midnight) on Friday and Saturday nights.
