Reserve The Clubhouse
One of the great benefits of being a West Hampton resident is the use of our wonderful clubhouse. It is available on a first come first serve basis through our reservation system. Please read the procedures for renting the clubhouse, then submit the form to book your reservation.
Procedures For Reserving The Clubhouse
Clubhouse Address: 3595 West Hampton Drive
- Select “Log In” in the upper right-hand corner of the page
- Go to “Communication”
- Go to “Calendar” to see the availablility of the clubhouse
Please complete the rental/use agreement and return all pages of the agreement signed to Heritage Property Management with:
- Check payable to West Hampton Property Owners Association (WHPOA) for the rental fee dated with the current date. This check will be deposited immediately upon receipt.
- Deposit check payable to West Hampton Property Owners Association (WHPOA) for the security deposit dated WITHIN 90 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT. This check will be held until after your event and the clubhouse has been cleared. At that time, your check will be voided and mailed back to you.

**Please note: ALL CALENDAR DATES AND RENTALS are handled by Heritage Property Management. You must follow the procedures above and receive a confirmation from Heritage Property Management.**
KEYS: Once your rental is confirmed by Heritage Property Management, keys will need to be picked up from a representative of the clubhouse committee. Heritage will provide contact details once your event is secured. Please be sure to contact this person ahead of time to arrange key pick up. It is your responsibility to return keys to this person within 24 hours of your event.
