One of our key Fundamentals at Heritage Property Management Services is to “embrace change and growth,” and that’s exactly how we’d like to start off the New Year!
We have listened to clients, evaluated our processes, and created an improved method for delivering legendary service. As of January 03, 2020, we have officially launched the Homeowner Solution Center.
The team of professionals in the Homeowner Solution Center, or HSC for short, will be the main point of contact for all your homeowner inquiries. The goal of these specialists is to deliver faster response times and on-the-spot action on inquiries such as Billing or Access questions, as well as to provide online support through the Vantaca portal. This streamlined system functions as both a dedicated center for immediate resources as well as an optimal route to solutions!
Submit an inquiry through the online Vantaca portal 24/7 or call the HSC during their office hours 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, via our main office line at 770-451-8171.
While the HSC has launched as of January 03, 2020, many features will continue to be added throughout the first quarter of 2020. Each association will receive their own designated email address. This will automatically create an Action Item within the Vantaca system for faster and improved tracking, transparency, and follow-through. Be on the lookout for updates to know when your association’s address comes online – follow us on Twitter or Facebook to be among the first to know about these updates, as well as any important alerts or office closures.
